Cancelled before processing: No cost to you.

Cancelled after processing begins (custom items): Varies according to stage of processing. Obviously, we cannot refund your money on a copper awning after it's built and shipped simply because you change your mind. However, we will work with you to insure your satisfaction.

Restock fee on line manufactured items: 20% of the total order.
